Hey friends! I recently traveled to Chicago to celebrate the New Year and found an incredible gluten free pizza restaurant, Lou Malnati! This thin crust pizza tasted like real flour dough and was the perfect ratio of crust to toppings. I was even able to reheat the pizza the next day and the dough stayed moist without falling apart. I was raving about this crust to friends, but the best part was the cheese! It was full of flavor and had the elasticity and famous cheese pull of real cheese pizza. I highly recommend this restaurant for everyone traveling to Chicago. Eating gluten free on the go isn’t always easy and I find it helpful to find online reviews. I liked this place so much that I went back twice in 2 days! I prefer my pizza with sausage and many black olives. What do you like? I rate this restaurant as a must try if you are traveling to Chicago!
