Peanut Butter Protein Balls

If you are like my fiancé and I, then you get hungry between meals. Instead of heading to the snack cabinet, try these easy proteins balls that will provide nutrients and a healthy alternative to the cabinet snacks.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (buy specially marked gluten free)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup!)
  • 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • Scoop into balls (makes 6-8)
  • Enjoy! Store leftovers in refrigerator
